Blue and red medallions alternate with geometric patterns to create the main border.
This rug does not lay flat and the border on the left side is slightly crooked.
Wool: Soft, fine
Sheen: Very shiny and lustrous
Handle: Very floppy
Selvedge: Overcast black goat hair, good coverage.
Fringe: Naturally colored plain weave with a band of brown plain weave. Reduced kilim with grey and black cotton thread persian closure.
