Wool: Excellent. Smooth parallel fibers, dense verging on felt or suede feeling
Sheen: Nice gloss
Handle: Springy and strong side of floppy
Selvedge: Very tightly bound two cord braided goat hair.
Fringe: No kilim, Persian closure, one inch fringe
Pile: 7-9mm very dense wool
Warp: 3S natural wool, small gauge threads
Weft: Double light grey cotton
Warp Depression: Small densely packed knots with alternating warps depressed 75 degrees so one sees just a touch of the left node of knots
