The bulk of the helicopters offesets well the jets, guns and flowers secondary motifs. Good wool and color. Single bullet border.
Wool: Very good for red rug. Showing some age, a good thing, sheen is developping. Sheen: Very good new condition carpet Handle: Strong, sturdy. Selvedge: Black cotton mixed with brown wool overcast.
Fringe: Four shoots of weft form kilim, overhand knots, almost no fringe. Fring looks tea dyed (the rest of the rug is not tea dyed) Pile: 6mm woolWarp: CottenWeft: several shoots of black cotton.
Warp Depression:Rows are offset both in depth and vertically on warps.
